Next up we have Sean Hernandez aka Chicago Skyway. A comic genius and a true believer in the analogue machine sounds of old. Sean’s first release was on Eargasmic Recordings back in 2009 and he’s since gone on to release an album on Eargasmic, EP’s on Uzuri, MOS and a track on Altered Moods. His remixes appear on Syncrophone, Emphasis and Adepth Audio to name just a few.
We’ve been hassling Sean for the mix for a while and it was well worth the wait. Drifting between house and techno he delivers 56 minutes of Skyway heaven. The mix starts off deep and groovy with lots of intrigue, followed up by a mixture of Chicago house flavors then moving into the realms of drum machines and jacking acid tracks reminiscent of Sean’s productions.
