For NP26 we bring you 29th September’s guest Amir Alexander. Florida raised, Chicago based Amir has been spinning records for years and started production in 1998. Label owner of Vanguard Sound which he runs with Chris Mitchell was set up in 2006 to release gritty tracks that bridge house and techno.
For the last 2 years Amir’s been extremely busy releasing tracks on Plan B, Machine Dreams, Finale Sessions, Argot and recently Hypercolour Ltd. This is Amir’s first trip oversees to DJ so we are very pleased to have him on board. The mix is super cheeky and will give you an insight into Amir’s record bag and some idea of what to expect at our next party.
